Critical Event Kernel Power 41 when gaming

I downloaded CoD Ghosts the other day, and only then realised it needed 6Gb RAM, I was only running one 4Gb stick at the time. I added in an identical 4Gb stick, both of which I purchased from Crucial to make sure they were compatible. Having added in this stick I BSODed with the error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR which obviously, scared the bejesus out of me. I eventually got access to the desktop, but whenever the system was under strain i.e. running a game or semi demanding tasks (i.e. Netflix, Spotify and heavy browsing) the system would restart, and under the event logs I was greeted with Critical Event Kernel Power 41. In attempt to solve the issue I undertook the following steps.

-Ran memtest86 for 2hours, no errors
-Ran MSI Kombustor to check GPU and PSU
- Ran CCleaner (to attempt to clean registry)
- Attempted to update my drivers using Windows Device Manager, although it told me they were all up to date
- Attempted to update BIOS, however CPU-Z tells me I am running a bios from 06/10/2010

I have managed to get Ghosts to run in Safe Mode for a few games of MP but it crashed if I attempted to up the resolution or if the game got very demanding.

I am now back to running the single stick of 4Gb with no issues, which makes me think it is the RAM, but having gone through the memtest86 and making sure the RAM was compatible I can't really see why? Windows recognises the full 8Gb when both sticks are in.

Any help would be massively appreciated, I am pretty new to all this!

Thanks
