Hi guys.

Before I start my specs are:

- AsRock z77 Extreme6.
- Asus GTX 660ti.
- G.Skill RipJaws 16GB.
- OCZ Fatal1ty 750w PSU.
- OCZ Agility 5 SSD.
- Thermaltake A71 Chasar Case.

IF YOU NEED TO KNOW ANY OTHER DETAILS LET ME KNOW!

The other day I purchased a new case: Thermaltake A71 Chasar w/ LCS. I transferred all of the hardware + mobo to the new case, installed the LCS which all works fine. But am not getting any signal on the screen. I have read MANY threads on here about the same issue but mine has been left unanswered. So, I removed the mobo on it's own, placed it on a large piece of cardboard, Attached only 1 stick on ram, ONLY the CPU without the fan or heatsink (P.S No pins were visibly bent) & the speaker. I turn it on from the power button on the mobo and see the PSU lights & fans go on but don't see anything happening on the mobo! I then plugged in my monitor via the onboard dvi and still nothing. How can I tell if it's my mobo? Or perhaps something else like my CPU? It's all months old barely used. Any help would be much appreciated. Also it was working fine before I changed it all over. Thanks!

Solution
Hello... NEVER turn on your COMPUTER without a fan and heatsink on your CPU!!! Also if you motherboard doesn't detect you CPU FAN is Plugged in and turning, it will not turn on.... nice feature to save you repair $$$ o_O

You could get the mobo short if you don't put those little washer thingy into the socket before the motherboard.
If you put the board directly to the case w/o them, you could have a problem.
