Problem with new PC

Hello, I just built my new gaming pc, i installed a brand new copy of windows 7, I downloaded all my drivers and started to game. Most of the games i played lock up or freeze for 5-40 seconds such as Skyrim,it happens in the beginning. It just doesn't happen in games it also happens in programs. i could browsing facebook and it locks up and says program not responding if anyone could help me PLEASE!!

are you sure your RAM is compatible with your mobo? Have you checked your RAM tinings in BIOS to ensure they are set correctly? Have you tried running a RAM stress test such as MemTest or Prime95 to see if you have one or more bad sticks?

Yeah everything is set correctly ram works fine i don't know what else could be the problem
