This is the build that i've got so far and I was wondering if there was anywhere where i could make it slightly cheaper as well as if these parts are the best ones around for the price. Thanks in advance for any help!

Solution
Bottlenecking a gpu with a cpu is fairly complex and the fx 6300 is a really modern cpu together with the fx 8350. No it will not bottleneck. Also overclocking a cpu isn't necessary keep in mind the more u overclock the more power gets drawn from your power supply aswell but with yours it should still be fine.
So basically you don't need to overclock your cpu but if you want to, make sure you have the right case and cpu cooler to deal with the extra heat because higher frequencies translates into more heat

i fyou want to go for a cheap budget gaming build don't go intel for your cpu amd has many high end great processors for cheap prices, the motherboard will probably be cheaper too.
A cpu like the AMD fx-6300 or 8350 even both great processors and the fx6300 is a lot cheaper than your cpu choice is right now, more money to put into a GPU.

This, although the 8350 might provide some performance increase

hmmm i think i'll probably go for the fx 6350. I was thinking of oc but its probably not worth it considering the risk and the added expense of getting more fans, which would make it the same price as the i5 anyway which would kind of defeat the point of going for a cheaper cpu.

SAVE THAT MONEY THERE BOYO. just get the fx 6300 and maybe spend a tinyyy but more on a motherboard and overclock the multipliers on the CPU...if youre trying to save money that is. a properly overclocked 6300 could outperform a stock 6350, im sure..

yeah thats true, ive had a 6300 and a 6350 and the heatsink with the 6350 is much bigger. the 6350 draws more power becuase its simply a 6300 that already over clocked with voltages etc. and maybe a better quality batch of silicon. Do what you were going to do, i suppose down the road you can always upgrade the heatsink and then overclock the 6350 accordingly.

For me the overclocked 6300 was the best choice as the price is right and its a super easy overclocker. ill be doing gaming secondary to 3-D rendering and animation

there seems to be a misunderstanding u mean 8350 right cause I was talking about either a 6300 or a 8350. Ithink I made a typo somewhere, but yeah get a 6300 and save that money because going from your first post you are on a budget you really don't need the power of a 8350 then.
if you need more help just send me a PM here I'll read it and get back to you.

ok i think i'll go with the fx 6300 seeing as its the cheapest choice. Out of interest how difficult is it to replace the cpu cooler if later on I do decide I want to oc? Thanks for all your help btw

it's not difficult at all most well known coolers come with mounting brackets and a manual just be sure to clean off your thermal residue of your cpu with70% + isopropyl alcohol aka rubbing alcohol and applying new thermal paste the size of a BB. I prefer arctic silver 5 or MX4.
Also many guides on youtube around this subject.
