hi! windows 7 64bit on both desktop and laptop. so, i have a wireless router with 4 lan ports. model tp-link tl-wr740n. in port 1 i connected the desktop and the laptop wirelessly. i cannot use internet on laptop via wireless(is says: connected; no internet access/no network access/ limited access), if at the same time i am using internet on desktop (browser open for example). 7 months it worked, the problem appeared a week ago. i did not change any settings. my phone says 'temporarily avoiding poor connections' when i try to connect to router. could the problem be the router?

So you are trying to connect both devices via wireless. Make sure the Ethernet cord is disconnect from them.
See if you see an icon at the lower right bottom that look like cellular phone signal bar.
Right click on it and then click troubleshot problem. See if that helps, if not post back what it says.
Also try unplugging your router for 30sec.
