Advise for first build, mainly photo editing, some database/developer work

Hi everyone,

I'm currently scouting out parts for my first ever complete build. I've messed about with computers since my childhood but never designed one from scratch. I need some guidance on my hardware. My main purpose will be photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop), database work, a bit of development (Visual studio), as well as media streaming through the house. I've settled on the following so far:

The one I'm hopelessly lost on is the video card. Since I won't be gaming with this thing, I don't need a state of the art card, but I do want a reasonably fast card that has multiple LUT's so that I can run a second monitor off it in the future with its own color profile. I'm also open to run 2 cards side by side to achieve this if that's a better alternative. Would prefer a card not over $200 if possible.
I'll be putting all this into a Lian Li PC-P50 which I already own.
Would appreciate advise on the graphics cards, as well as a general review of the other parts and whether something is still missing (eg. case fan? Do I need one?). I know the build is probably a bit heavy for my requirements but I'm planning to stick with this for a number of years so I want it to be future proof.
Thanks.

As far as i know the on-board GPU only has a single LUT (look up table), which means it supports only 1 color profile. If you want to profile 2 monitors separately you either need 2 graphics cards, or a single card that has multiple LUTs.
