Hi

The problem I have is the AMD Catalyst Control Center won't open.

Not sure why.

As soon i open it, it crashes.

The display doesn't fit the screen i know how to change it but the AMD Control Center doesn't open.

My computer has:

Asus AMD Radeon HD 7950 DirectCU II Top Graphics Card -DC2T-3GD5-V2

AMD FX8350

Windows 7 64bit

Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z Motherboard

Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance Low Profile 16GB

512gb SSD Samsung.

Hi,
Download and install latest Catalyst Software Suite which include graphics and Open CL drivers.

First:
In The control panel > Programs => uninstall Catalyst

Then right-click on the new Catalyst installation file > choose "Run as Administrator".
After installation is complete, restart the computer.

First download the newest version of Catalyst at http://support.amd.com/en-us/download then have it on your desktop.

Go to C:/AMD/Support/ then find the current version that you have installed of CCC. For me it was 13.12, go into that folder then run the setup application. It will ask you to Install or Uninstall. Click Uninstall then restart computer after it ran. When you reboot and are at the desktop, re-install the newest current version of Catalyst Control Center.

If your problem is that You start the control center, and it loading and then nothing happen (im not sure that this is your problem)
then try this:
ctrl+shift+esc , processes tab , search MOM.exe (use the end process option) and then try to run ccc.exe(Catalyst Control Center) again.

What I did to fix it was this:

1. go to Control Panel --> Programs --> Catalyst setup --> Change --> uninstal everything of AMD
2. Install the driver and software again as administrator
3. Reboot
4. There you go it works
