ahhh, i misread your question...PSU/GPU would be same GPU and a 500W Corsair PSU or the XFX 550W should be within your budget

One this about APU's is having high speed RAM (1600 and up) will increase onboard graphics performance. I would go with no less than 8GB.

I want to be able to play call of duty ghosts at high settings, my 512 mb is really messing things up

You need to buy 2 identical 2GB or 4GB sticks at least 1600mhz or 1866mhz and run them in dual channel. Your 10Gb is running at 1333mhz and NOT in dual channel. RAM makes all the difference with these apus. You can also allocate more RAM for your igpu. You can possibly overclock your 7660D a little.

I don't think its worth it overclocking an old graphics card with 512MB VRAM.
