This is it so far, I need it to run quickly on a 1920x1080p monitor. Also, will this be quiet or does that depend on the case?

I need help with choosing a suitable case and cooling because I really haven't idea, and that's if it even works. Thanks in advance guys

here is a revision of your build
i7 wont help you in game... i5 is the way to go

i listed AMD R9 290 in case you wanted it, you can always swap with R8 280

i7 would save some time for rendering videos though even though it won't make much of a difference.
