I have this weird FPS issue were my game will lock up for about 1-2 seconds and then Unlock and this will keep repeating for the remainder of the game at random times.

My Temps are reasonable 50-60 On GPU and about 40-50 on my CPU so i know it cant be any type of throttling because of heat.

I Have also tried turning everything off in the NVCP AA , AF all that stuff also tried turn on V-Sync with no joys

What I have noticed I sometimes around when the "Freeze" Occurs I have noticed the GPU usage dropping to 0.

Any help on this would be very appreciated.
