Intel Core i5 3350P 3.10GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor

GTX 660 Twin Frozer MSI

I have this weird FPS issue were my game will lock up for about 1-2 seconds and then Unlock and this will keep repeating for the remainder of the game at random times.

My Temps are reasonable 50-60 On GPU and about 40-50 on my CPU so i know it cant be any type of throttling because of heat.

I Have also tried turning everything off in the NVCP AA , AF all that stuff also tried turn on V-Sync with no joys

What I have noticed I sometimes around when the "Freeze" Occurs I have noticed the GPU usage dropping to 0.

Any help on this would be very appreciated.

Your power supply may not be large enough, also, what game are you playing?

Check and see if you have any intensive processes running, and try restarting your computer, restarting fixed a lot of my problems.

Are all of these parts new? How long have you had them, also, is your hard drive working okay?
