Fan and cabling questions with 300R

I'm about to buy the 300R to replace my horrid Cooler Master case. I want to make a fan system that you can't hear and I don't have to adjust fan speeds. I'm trying to avoid adding a fan controller.

components:
ASRock Z77 Pro3 : claims that CHA 1 n 2 fans support fan control.
CPU_FAN1 (4pin)
CPU_FAN2
CHA_FAN1 (4 pin)
CHA_FAN2
PWR_FAN1
Cooler Master EVO w/ Blade Master 120

fans:
Scythe 1450 x 1
Cooler Master Blade Master x 3 (one is CPU cooler)
Noctua NF-A14 x1
Corsair (140mm in front and 120mm in rear)

I'm trying to figure out how to connect 7 fans to 5 sockets. Plan is to put Noctua as top front and move the 140mm Corsair to botttom. Then use 2 Blade Masters at 50% as side fans. Then the Scythe goes on top rear. I could use a splitter for the 2 blade masters. Assuming the Noctua and Scythe are quiet, which they probably are, then I could run them on 100% all the time, so I could connect them to PSU instead of mobo.

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm a noob when it comes to rerouting.

Solution
noctua fans come with y splitters, if you bought 2 noctuas then you should be able to cover yourself. it is probably not reasonable to run any fan at 100% because even the quietest fans are audible at 100%.
