Hey guys, I am going to be purchasing myself a new graphics card around the Christmas time, I currently am running my AMD A10-5800k With no Dedicated GPU, just using the APU's Built in graphics, and i have been for a few months now and decided that it was time to buy myself a graphics card.

My question is do you guys think there is a significant difference between the Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor X edition,

and the Gigabyte HD 7770?

They are both Ghz Editions and are both Overclocked. Also they both come with the AMD never settle bundle bronze certificate for one free game and Free postage.

There is only a £10 Price difference between them and i know i defiantly want a HD 7770 ( After a month of research from what i can tell the HD 7770 is one of the best GPUs in my price range, But if anyone know any others in the £90 price range feel free to say! )

Pros for the Vapor X:
- Probably cools better
- Looks Better IMO
- Maybe Quieter? Maybe...

Cons
- A tad more expensive.
- Not much else

Pros for Gigabyte HD 7770:
- Matches my Mobo, (Gigabyte branding)
- Shorter, but that dont really matter
- A little cheaper

Cons
- Dont look as good

IS there any performance difference due to the Temps being lower on one card or anything like that, or shall i buy the card just depending on my preference?

Thanks in advance :)

I have a sapphire 7770 and I have absolutely no problem at all. Idling it is 30, and at full power it is around 50 ( I have good cooler in my case)
There wont be noticeable difference between the cards, just buy one that you like
anyway, it is a decent card for its price!
