Hi
You have connected
- you GPU PCE power connectors 6 or 8 pin ?
- you have connected 4 or 2x 4 pin CPU power connectors ?

try boot wit 1 x RAM and disconnect SSD and HDD

My GPU has two 4 pin connectors that i've plugged in and i've powered up the motherboard with a 4 pin and a 24 pin.

I've tried to do what you said and it didn't work. I think i know what the problem is. All the fans in the Cabinet Turns on and after a few seconds it turns off then on again.

Than you should go one by one
Replace the GPU with lower model for testing
If you system is power up and POST then go for the GPU HD 7950
I start to doubd the PSU is not enough.
Test the HD 7950 on other PC will help.
Or other PSU 650 -700 on you system
