Over provisioning possible without Samsung Magician on a Lenovo s230u with a Samsung 830

I just bought a used Lenovo s230u Twist Win 8 Pro with a Samsung 830 128GB. Even with all folder, files, and drives shown, the drive size says 91.GB. In Disk Management, it says NTFS 91.35GB. Recovery Partition 1000MB, EFI System Partition 260MB, Recovery Partition 19.53GB, OEM Partition 7GB. Samsung Magician won’t recognize the drive so I can’t use it for a secure erase. I have read in other forums that Magician only works with out of the box SSD – not OEM Lenovo. I have the Lenovo recovery disks and I would like to start fresh since it’s kinda suspicious that the previous owner had this computer for a very short time and the thing looks like it’s never been used. I ran MBAM, Avast, and KaserskyTDSS and nothing was found. I am nervous about using Parted Magic without some sort of specific guidance.

My here’s my plan: Update to latest s230u BIOS. Then run boot the Lenovo rescue. Then install Win 8 Pro using the Lenovo disks.

Questions:
What do y'all think of the plan?
Other than the unlikely Bios virus, will this remove all malware (if there is any)?
Will this get rid of the existing recovery partitions (which I want to do)?
Will I be given the option to overprovision 7% at some point during the process?

Solution
If you use the Lenovo disks, you're almost certainly going to end up with the same recovery partition.

The SSD has built-in overprovisioning AFAIK.

Will I end up with both the 7GB OEM Partition and the 19.53GB Recovery Partition 19.53GB?
