will a AMD FX 4350 and a gtx 670 work well

i am helping my friend find a graphics card, he has a will a AMD FX 4350 and we found a gtx 670, would these parts work well or would the processor bottleneck the gtx 670 ?

If you consider Bottleneck you must define :
GAME you intend to play
GAME settings - Low - High - Ultra settings
Monitor / TV GAME resolution - 720p or 1080p

Or with simple word you may go for it - but you will have games that gonna LAG and those you gonna play lag free ....

ok, games such as bf4 on a 1920x1080p display with a 750w powersupply

Yep you gonna bottleneck - see this review :

f.e. :
GTX Titan and FX-4170 ( almost the same as FX 4350 ) and game settings :
1920x1080 Ultra Details , Texture Filtering High 4x MSAA , AA HIgh
will score 42 - 51.5 FPS

And 670 is weaker than Titan ..... so you go lower ....
you need AMD Six-core or Octa-Cores CPU as Recommended for optimal performance on BF4
