Ive got a ASUS m5A99X EVO R2.0
following advice from the manual I tried to install the BIOS Flashback wizard off the ASUS Cd.
However, non of the AlSuite II apps will install, or the AISuite II installer. the wizard opens, then closes- if even that.
So I tried doing it through the BIOS itself, renaming the BIOS and putting it on a thumb stick,
in the bios i went to Asus EZ Flash and selected my BIOS update (ver. 2101- my current version is 1903)
When i clicked OK, it said Security Verification Failed.
i dont get it!
i think the BIOS is why my AMD drivers are crashing so i cant do games or Photoshop!
the MB is Windows 8 ready, which I am running, 64bit

UPDATE: ASUS updater did install! but when i open it, it says- ASUS updater is only for ASUS motherboards- FML!!!!! the program opens up but the crashes
