What is the main difference between 4670 and 4670k?

the "k" verson has an unlocked multipler so it can be overclocked easily by increasing the multiplier isntead of messing with the bus speeds.

The 4670K is able to be overclocked. The regular 4670 is not. Everything else is the same.
