Blue lines on screen

So ive been getting blue lines on my screen and if i tilt the screen enough the lines go away. is it a problem with my graphics card or my screen. I have a Alienware m17x r3 with 4gb of ram, Nvidia GeoForce GTX 560M, Intel Hd 3000, and a Intel Core i7-2670QM Cpu 2.20GHz

You mean moving the LCD ?

Bad LCD cable - need to be replaced or loosy connector on the LCD cable.
In both cases go to service center.

99 % positive !

If you get any static defects in the Video output the reason is GPU memory fault - it does not go away when you move the LCD ....
