Blue lines on screen

So ive been getting blue lines on my screen and if i tilt the screen enough the lines go away. is it a problem with my graphics card or my screen. I have a Alienware m17x r3 with 4gb of ram, Nvidia GeoForce GTX 560M, Intel Hd 3000, and a Intel Core i7-2670QM Cpu 2.20GHz

If the lines go away at a certain angle then that'll be an issue with the screen. That'll just be the wires and whatnot getting old and damaged.
If you connect your laptop to an external screen then there should be no lines assuming I'm correct about it being the screen.
