Hey there ive got a computer i tryed to put together and im guessing i failed. The AMD Phenom im trying to use came from an XP Computer and im trying to run windows 7 installation on it, the harddrive cae from a windows 7 home premium computer and the motherboard from an xp so i think they're conflicting so my mouse ad keyboard (which are usb connections) arent working and i canot proceed with the setup.
So i need new suggestions as to what kind of motherboard/RAM to get. i have a big enough case for anything i am sure,
i have:
Gefore GTX 660 Graphics Card
and a 550W Power supply
Im looking for an affordable motherboard that isnt going to haveso many problems and is windows 7 compatible so that i dont have this installation problem.
Or if anyone has had this problem an is aware of how to fix it then please by all means do so!
