Amazon does not list a DVI port but you can see one on the picture of the back, plus the Samsung website lists a DVI port.

Yes it supports a DVI

You need a DVI-D cable, a DVI-I cable will not work

Yes that monitor supports dvi as well as d-sub. You will want to get a dvi-d (digital) cable. Search amazon for dvi-d cable, or go to walmart and get one there.

Also the GPU is GTX 770 but does it have to be male to male or male to female or opposite? I don't understand what they mean.

Either one will be fine. Make sure both the monitor and your graphics output are female (have pins).
