I would Not get that since your CPU will bottleneck, 770 might work but 760 or the new AMD 270 will work maybe AMD 280... Save some and get a card that will be beneficial to it's full potential rather than one where you get 70% of performance. IF not you upgrade other things as well!

What CPU do you suggest that will run good with 780

Unfortunately probably on the intel i5 side :/ You would have to upgrade a lot to get the 780's capability...

is Intel Core i5 4440 or Intel Core i5 4670K enough?

I think the 4670K should run the 780.

I used to have that motherboard and it will take a 6300 fx.You could always get one of those and overclock to 4.5Ghz. An 8 core is not a good idea in that board but with future and some current new games using 8 cores an AMD 8320 and the Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 AMD 990X motherboard is pretty good value.I don't have any issues playing games although i don't have a gtx 780.
If money is no problem a high end intel i5 or even i7 would suit a gtx 780 very well.

If gaming i5
If video editing i7
Up to you, i5 is more optimized for gaming,

Intel Core i5 4670k with MSI G-45 Motherboard will be cheaper and have almost same performance, get that save a few and get a good GPU after! My recommendation! :) Good luck!

lol I can't believes I stumble apond this. Yeah it will work it funny that I installed a 780 GTX Ti on a 4100 AMD quad core. As a matter fact I am still using phenom with DDR2 gaming on that system more slower than the 4100.
