Hi , i`ve bought a new Hd5670 card in order to replace the intel hd 2000, but as soon as i plug it in, the monitor doesnt start, no signal at all, then i open the case, and i see the gpu works fine, but the cpu fan stops spinning ,any help here, i`ve been told my psu will work with his gpu, My other specs are
Intel core I5
750gb hdd
8gb ram

Solution
you could take a pencil and coil the fan cable around then remove the pencil after plug it back to the gpu board it wont hang around and get in the fan you could do the same for the cpu .glad everything work .

this may sound stupid, but sometimes ppl overlook the simplest things and a fresh pair of eyes can help...Are you plugging the monitor into the video cards inputs or into the onboard video port? Ive done this by accident before. Also, try resetting the bios to optimized defaults and if that doesnt work...flash the bios to the newest version.

Well i´ve finally solved everything, it was just the cables on the cpu fan that stopped it from spinning , i´ve untangled it, and everything works fine now, Thanks for the help!
