Both of them are good and ASUS-GIGABYTE really take care about endurance, but
I would go for GiGABYTE mobo, it has more features and OC capabilities and is a really tested MOBO, highly recommended
That Rev 4.0 is really awesome !!
8+2 phase VRM design, and Up to 2 VGA cards are supported for either 2 way CrossFireX or 2 way SLI action (running at two x16 bandwidth)
