"I have noticed this problem over the last few days (Have just built my new PC) occurring in windows 8:

I will boot into windows and have ~16% memory usage, then it will slowly increase to ~99%. Looking with RAMMAP says my non paged pool is getting to upwards of 7GB, yet when I try to find out what is using it the largest usage is only 144K... I am at my wits end!

My memory (2x4GB corsair DDR3 1600MHz) has been tested working in Memtest86+ and passed 7 passes with no errors.

If anyone has any ideas that would be much appreciated!"

Which version are you running for Windows 8 32bit or 64bit? The amount of paged and nonpaged pool memory is different between the two. You may want to use process explorer and make sure to enable paged and nonpaged pool so that you can sort it accordingly. I'm not familiar with RAMMAP but Process Explorer will give you a very detailed list of what is using your resources.
