I would like to build a computer for watching videos, word programs, and mostly business related activites. What is important for a build like this (will not be used for gaming) and what would get me the best configuration for about $500-$700 dollars.
-don't plan on overclocking
- Need a new monitor (with webcam)

You can find a high quality Microsoft webcam on Amazon for about $25, like this one -

Anyway, here is your silent office build -
