Can I play battlefield 4? How do I use it?

I am going to be upgrading to a corsair vengeance 8 gb and 8gb is the max this pc can go up to.
A 600watt psu and a radeon hd 7750 with a core i3 2120 4 cores with 4 logical processors, and I am getting battlefield 4.



So can I play battlefield 4?
If so your awesome!
If not what settings can i?

Unfortunately, a high wattage does not indicate the quality of the psu (see this link for more).

Assuming your psu is up for it, you might barely get to play the single player campaign on high quality at 1920x1080 res, see this benchmark link for more info (they're benchmarking the beta here, but it should still be relevant)

I know that the psu is good it has great reviews and I have been using the same company.
I just want a yes or no.
