How is this setup for a first gaming rig

The GTX calls for a 600 Watt PSU (42 amps on the 12 volt) and would suggest changing the mobo to either the Asus Z87-Plus or maybe their Gryphon, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87 and Haswell, (also I won't touch MSI mobos due to their poor QC)

That would be a great gaming rig, but the only thing i would change is your PSU,500w might not be able to cut it with the 770, you might need to change that to atleast around 600w
