I've been trying to find an affordable replacement screen for my Lenovo X61 Tablet. I recently found a used X61(identical model) on ebay, with no hard drive, for less than the price of the screen. I wonder if I can just take the hard drive out of my current machine and put it into the new machine? Both had Windows XP OEM, but I upgraded the current machine to Windows 7. Any advice?
