Hello, I don't know if this is to ask tech questions, but earlier, I accidentally spun my chair around, and hit my flash drive with my foot,(while it was in the USB port). Now, I cannot use any of my front USB ports, but only the back USB ports. It tells me there is a power surge on hub port. I am just wondering if this will affect my computer in a negative way, (other than losing the front ports), like any fried components and what not. Is there a way to fix the front ports, and just remove the broken one? Am I able to just disable the broken port, and have the other ones work effectively? I am using the CS Storm Stryker case, by the way.

I would disconnect the cable from the motherboard to the front USB ports, then you can use the computer without any chance of causing further damage. Contact the case manufacturer for replacement ports/cable, I've found that most are fairly helpful.
