4 months ago I bought a new gaming pc, it worked perfectly (i played splinter cell blacklis , sims 3 , lego, assassins creeds, battlefield 3) until like 4-5 days ago i played CoD Ghosts , i played like half an hour with recommended setting and it shut down .so i decided to not play this game anymore , i started the sims 3 and the same things happened , so i downloaded Speccy (http://www.piriform.com/speccy) and it turns out my pc was running at 75° C when gaming , and at 60° C when iddle . i cleaned the coleers , and now is running at 40-50 °C when iddle , and at 60°C when gaming , but it still shuts down, HELP PLEASE

Solution
Ahh. I was afraid that was what you meant. If you really want to increase the effectiveness of your CPU cooler, you are going to have to clean it. I'm sure you noticed a fair amount of dust accumulation in your filters. Now imagine a similar story, except in the small fins of the heat sink that is attached to your CPU. That impediment to the airflow is likely what is causing your CPU to run so hot.

If you do not feel comfortable enough to open your computer's case and attempt the cleaning of your CPU heat sink / fan assembly, perhaps you have a friend whom has experience in this regard? It's very important that the heat sink / fan be running correctly for the computer to continue to function. You may have to take it to a trained...

What make / model of CPU is in your computer? Temperature characteristics vary between CPUs.

How did you clean the cooler(s), and if you removed them, did you thoroughly clean off any old, and reapply TIM (thermal interface material) before reattaching?

If you reapplied TIM, how, and how much?

Are you using the stock heat sink / fan combo that came with your CPU, or an aftermarket cooler?

Can you identify how many RPMs, or what percentage of full your CPU fan is spinning at?

Have you verified that the CPU fan is correctly plugged into the CPU fan pin header on your motherboard?
