I plan on building this pc around thanksgiving. Here is my planned list. I explain why I chosen these parts, and then upgrades. Before I do that, here is what I already have. I have both ssd and hard drive. I also have a poo 630 which I will change out to a 7850 around January. Also 4x1 gb kingston ram clocked at 1066 mhz. I will be getting better, 8gb ram for Christmas. I also have a coolermaster psu, which I hope to get enough money for that before I build it. Any good psu in sub $50? I also I needed win 7 for awhile, but about a week ago, amazon had win 7 oem for $68, and I picked that up, so I have OS. I also have all monior, keyboard, mouse etc. Now here is wat I plan on getting

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1FPVX
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker....VX/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker....PVX/benchmarks/

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($117.97 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 210 Window ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $232.95
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Reasons why I picked:

CPU: Is there even a better cpu at this price range? I doubt it, so thats why I'm getting it :D

Mobo: Has everything I need and nothing more. Even better, only 70 bucks :3

Case: I'm going on and off between this and zalman z12, so if someone could tell me which is better, that would be very appreciated :)

Now my plan upgrades/add ons

Case fans: If I get the 210 window, it only has 1 rear fan, so I would replace the rear and 2 top fans to white led fans, cause white looks amazing :D

Memory: I'm not sure wat my mom is getting me for Christmas, either Corsair or Kingston, which are both decent companies. I even have Kingstons' ssd!

Video Card: A 7850 for sure, not sure what kind though. MSIs Twin frozer looks NIIICE.

Thats my planned build. If you have any adjustments or anything, feel free to leave them below.

For the motherboard, I would STRONGLY recommend you get this one instead. Its about the same price and much more reliable:

NZXT is great at building cases, they have some serious engineers over there that know how to make a case. That goes for all cases released in the past 2-3 years or so.

You're getting 8GB of RAM right?

The 7850 is a great budget graphics card, highly recommended.

I noticed on the le, there isn't a heatsink type thingy next to the cpu, would that make temps be more higher compared if there was?

I am getting 8gb correct.

Any suggested type of 7850 you recommend?

That is a northbridge heatsink, on the ASUS board, it is located below the socket. Plus on this board the northbridge doesnt really get hot enough to justify a big heatsink. It will not affect the temperature of your CPU.

The twin frozr is a great model. It is the cheapest of the ones listed so it would be a great buy. These two are also pretty good:
