looking for graphics card within 90$ to 95$

My configuration
Asus k5pl AM/PS Motherboard
Intel Dual Core E5200 2.5GHz Processor
Starlite 2GB DDR2
XFX Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT
Frontech Atx p4 power supply jil-2414b (with 20+4 pin)
I just want to upgrade my ram to 4gb ddr2 and the graphics card . Which graphics card should I choose in these configurations in case of gaming ? Budget is within 90$ to 95$ . Thank you in advance

yeah I played a lots of games ...
like 1. Farcry 3 (Low - Mid)
2. Hitman Absulation (Mid)
3. Tomb Raider 2013 (Low - Mid)
4. Assassin creed Revelations / 3 (Mid)
5. Crysis 2
6. And many more ....

But in India it's going over 8000 bucks that is 130$ something just below it will be very much helpful
Is Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6570 1 GB DDR3 good Graphics Card ?
