Will my gtx 760 and fx 6350 be compatible with the AM3+ 970-G43 motherboard??? Both GPU and GPU are not oc.
I would get a different motherboard - 125w CPUs and that board don't mix, because that board is only rated for 95w CPUs and the fact that the VRMs or the chips that provide voltage to the CPU - have been made really cheaply and also don't have a heatsink on them.

Alright then, will this motherboard fit with rest of my pc parts?

Everything seems fine, though I would add a 3rd party cooler, such as the Hyper 212 or a H20 cooler like the one I am running - the Corsair H80 - either one would keep that chip cooler then the stock heatsink.

But in this website, it does say that it supports fx 6350?

It does, but as I have said, the VRMs are without any type of additional cooling and are very cheaply made, so its recommended to go with either the Asus or Gigabyte to be on the safe side.
