Computer won't boot after switching off power supply while in sleep mode.

Thinking that it was off and not sleeping, I turned off my power supply whilst my computer was sleeping in order to do some routine fan cleaning. I plugged it back in, turned on the power supply, and attempted to switch it on, but to no avail. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea if any components would have been damaged by this and if there aren't any specific components damaged, if anyone knows of any way to troubleshoot this. Thank you in advance.

Maybe the power supply is damaged or cords are loose. Are all the cords secure in your computer? Try getting a voltage tester for your PSU as well.
