No backup prompt for Toshiba Canvio 3.0

When I plug this device into my laptop, it gives me options to play videos or import photos, but the menu is different than when I first got it & there is no option to backup data. My computer recognizes the device, but even when I right click on the device, there are no options that easily show me how to back items up, like it did when I first got it a few months back.

It came with software for back-up and transfers right. Maybe you need to put that disc in and reinstall or fix it.
This is from the Toshiba website. - Yes. The Canvio 3.0 drive comes with NTI Backup Now EZ which provides you the ability to do a Full System Backup and Recovery as well as file and folder backup and even a cloud backup solution
