OK so I had an A-Rock h77m motherboard that recently died. I don't know what happened. One day I turned off my pc then the next morning it wasn't turning on. I ordered a tester for the power supply and the motherboard. The motherboard tester has not come in yet and Ill have to wait on that but I tested the power supply and it was fine. Until I can test the motherboard and get a definite answer to the problem I'm looking to buy another motherboard…

Here is what I currently have:
CPU:Intel Core i5-3570K
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power Supply: Cougar 560W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V
Video Card: EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case
Optical Driver: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

I was looking to buy: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130686
MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming LGA 1155 Intel. I have heard msi is the worst brand but the reviews look really good. Ive also noticed MSI Z77A-GD65 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130643 ... Is it the same thing? Im not much of a computer guy so I only know the basics. I am also looking to over clock my cpu. I won't be doing that till I can get a liquid cooler (looking at Cooler Master Seidon 120V) but ATM I'm using the standard intel fan. Here is my real question: If I might not be able to get the Z77A-GD65 Gaming motherboard, what would be a really really good recommended motherboard from new egg ( So i can get the 2 year service plan) something good for over clocking and my current specs and a decrease in price would be really nice.

Any advice or recommendations would be really really really appreciated!
