I need to upgrade my psu.. I'm currently on a thermaltake tr2 rx 550w. I bought 2 gtx 470 graphic cards and planning on running them

Asus M5A99X Evo R1 Mobo
AMD phenom(tm) ll x2 duel core 560 Processor
8Gb DDR3 Corsair Vengeance ram
In a Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
Psu fan is super loud now, plus it's not strong enough to carry both my cards..
Computer mainly is used for gaming.
I'm planing on upgrading my rig in a bit to. maybe a new mobo case and CPU.
Would love to hear some suggestions from u guys? Mainly on the psu, and u can also can give me some advise on other things that need to b upgraded.
