Hey everybody, I am interested in buying a rig for games. Right now I just want to focus on the performance of the CPUS on CSGO (Counter Strike Global Offensive)

CSGO is a VERY CPU intensive game on low resolution. I am a competitive player trying to get in the "pro scene" and I want to be able to stream and play CSGO and not have any hiccups at all. I am used to playing on low resolution / low graphic settings. I saw these benchmarks, and they confirm how CPU intensive csgo really is on the low res / low graphics http://www.notebookcheck.net/fileadmin/_processed_/csm_tabelle2_06_d50de321db.jpg and look at the last few, the desktop with the 7770 and the i5 and the 7970 and the same i5... there is only 1 frame difference because it is because of the processor.

I am looking to decide between a 8350 or 4670... I am on a budget of ~$600... and I will be purchasing a 7870 XT because that is all I need / want. I saw that tek syndicate had posted benchmarks for gaming https://teksyndicate.com/videos/amd-fx-8350-vs-intel-3570k-vs-3770k-vs-3820-gaming-and-xsplit-streaming-benchmarks and the 8350 absolutely dominates on the source engine game (black mesa).

For low resolution gaming on CS:GO which processor will be better? (I do plan on OCing the 8350 not a lot but have no intention of OCing the i5)

Please back up your answer. Dont just say "i5 because I hear intel isbetter"

with the 7870xt or the 9750 both can be bought for about the same price now on parts picker. neather gpu will be bottlenecked by the cpu. the amd cpu and mb most time is going to save you 40-60 over the intel build.
if your close to a micro center both cpu are on sale. you can also get a locked 4570 for 160 and a h87 asus mb for a good low end gaming plat form. the 4570 only slightly slower then the 4760.

sadly right now the 7950 (which im pretty sure thats what your talking about) is no where near as low as what 7870xt is at

I have no idea why the links are not working for me... but all i can tell you is that the 7870 xt is the best bang for the buck for me.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131484&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= this is the cheapest 7870 xt i can find..

and this is the cheapest 7950 i can find.http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=PC-7950_OC&c=CJ

I do not really want suggestions on what i should pick as my gpu and such,,, I have done my research and I am certain that I picked out what suits my needs the most....

I just want to know what processor is best for the low resolution CPU heavy game while streaming.
