hi everyone , I'm really nervious because it is my first build pc and I put all my money in it u.u!. The problem is that in the first place i was changing the wires of the sata and their power supply wires ,( this because for some reason the bios wouldn't recognize my hard disk u.U!) now my pc just turn on for a few secong when i swith the on mode of the PSU and then it shut down and it wont work with the power botton... plz help me out guys !

if it doing that is turning off due to a dead short. check that you did not bend or break any power pins on the hard drive. if you have to start with just the gpu and one stick of ram..see if the rig boots into the bios. on the mb make sure you did not forget to plug in the 8 pin power plug. and that you used the brass motherboard standoffs.

First, do you have your case power cable connected to the correct pins on the motherboard? Some boards aren't well labeled so it can get confusing.
Second, provide the make and model of your parts so we know what we are working with here.
Third, go through the failure to boot checklist, it will fix most common issue, and most issues are common.

Ok i changed it from position and now my pc starts! but i have the same problem with the sata hard disk I connected it like this http://s2.subirimagenes.com/fotos/previo/thump_8690904cam00391.jpg it is ok??
the black wire is from the PSU and the one of the white head is from the Sata port the other connection of 8 pins i dont know =/
