I like the overall design of the two cases but do does one case handle fairly well over the other? the budget is about the price of the phantom 410, if I go with shinobi I might get some led lights/fans to make the case look a bit cool since the case is cheaper than the phantom 410.

Since you are spending lot of money in you dream PC, you may want to choose a case that would handle all kinds of future upgrades. The Phantom 410 is well crafted and it's interior design give you a lot of futures, regarding cable management, ventilation, water cooling. In other words men. Your best option is the Phantom. OH. And buy the white one, Is so Cool
