Let me know if you get stuck with anything. When I OC'd I was stable at 4.4, but to bump up to 4.5 GHz I had to tweak my voltage just a slight bit. Since we're running identical setups there is a chance you may need to do the same.

i some how can't mantain the temp but preformance is stable i got the 4.5 Ghz with 1.34 volt stable but my cooler can't handle it for long time
i got the hyper evo 212 turbo edition i just clean and re did the thermal paste and same temps within 2 min of the test under prime it heat up slowly to 70 C so i close it

The 212 is a good cooler but if you're struggling with temps make absolutely sure you've got optimal case airflow. Part of the problem is that with that cooler, it's circulating already heated air from inside. With the Seidon 120M I actually have it set so that the radiator pulls cool air from outside the case and then the warm air is immediately pulled out of the top.
