This XFX 550W PSU is perfect for your build. Its cheap , performs pretty well and is trustable. At 49$ its a good buy.
On a side note , that CPU isn't the best bet for your money. Get the FX 8320 if you can , else the FX 6300. The 6300 is pretty much equal in performance compared to the 6350 but has 30W lesser TDP which will result in lower temps as AMD gives the same stock cooler for both CPUs. The FX 8320 is rather a powerful CPU as it has 2 more cores and will not bottleneck the CPU which the FX 6300/50 will. So the choice is yours. Rest of the build is good.

Well if you plan to do any overclocking you might want to beef up the motherboard. The following mobo will do enough of a job at it.

They perform the same. Difference comes in reliability , looks and RMA service. G.Skill and Corsair are great in those things in USA.
Good Decision with the FX 8320. Pick a 990FX ( mostly recommended ) or 970 chipset if you want to OC the CPU.
