Hi

spec for chipset & motherboards
http://ark.intel.com/products/27720/Intel-82945G-Memory-Controller

supports PCI Express 1.1 16 lane slot

fastest CPU supported

Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6320 (4M Cache, 1.86 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB)
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6420 (4M Cache, 2.13 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB)

not sure how easy to find these new nowdays probably only available second hand or possibly ebay

Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 631 supporting HT Technology (2M Cache, 3.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

What sort of power supply does your PC have (Watt rating)?

Is it true that Pcie 2.1 card have incompatibility issues with Pcie 1.x slot? The radeon 5450 is better than the gt 210 but it is pcie 2.1 which may cause me troubles.Gt 210 is slower but is Pcie 2.0 that doesn't have incompatibility issue with Pcie 1.x slot. Will i get the Radeon 5450 or the GT 210?

Core 2 Duo requires Voltage Regulator 11.0 and a 945g chipset that is revision 2.The Cpuz shows A2.Does that mean I have revision 2?I don't know what revision of Voltage Regulator I have. Also my bios is Phoenix Technologies 6.00(12/4/2006).Core 2 Duo E6300 and E6400 was released 7/27/2006.And the E6320 AND E6420 was released 4/22/2007 so my bios(it is the latest)may not be able to detect it.Which do you think should I get the Core 2 Duo E6300 or E6320?

I currently have 1gb(512x2) of DDR2 RAM and I'm planning to upgrade it to 3gb.

I have a 220 watt power supply.I don't want to upgrade this.....
