Which graphics card should I get for my first build, I know they are the same build but which one will stay cooler,quieter and have a better over clock ability?

The better choice would be Sapphire VaporX 7970(6 GB) ghz edition from what I've read and seen. I have one posted on eBay username gotbookss. Could sell it for the price of either of those cards new.
