hi guys im looking for help upgrading my 3 year's old pc parts i need is

*Graphic Card (HD 7970 3GB or R290x 4GB)
*Hard Disk
*Ram

here's my Setup-

HD 6950 2GB
I5 2500k(4.5ghz) overclocked
Gigabyte Z68XP UD3 (i should Upgraded?)
normal ram:10GB (Really Slow)

The cooling on the 290x right now is not very good at all, I would wait for a better vender cooling package before buying one, it is a great GPU that is being held back by the poor AMD cooling right now.

1866 RAM is pretty cheap right now, what are you running now?

I always suggest WD for HDDs, they last a long time, perhaps an SSD would be in order here instead of a new HDD.....

my card was HD6950
about the ram is unknow for me hard disk i think its 350g WD old one about 5 years but really qquestion is about the motherbaord upgraded or leave it be?
