Hello I have a 1TB WD Mybook USB 3.0 that is 2 years old. I have formatted it a few days back in order to remove the clutter in the disk and now the Disk is showing only 495GB available. It is the same when I am using Windows Disk Management Utility. I used the software provided by WD website : http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=125&lang=en
