This is my build. I have an H100i heading my way in the mail, and I was hoping it'd fit, but if it didn't I'll just return it, any input will be greatly appreciated.
My memory is very tall (vengeance) and got a (CM Hyper 212 Evo) cooler.
My motherboard (Asus P8Z77-V) has some VRM Heatsinks aswell that might interfer. You can see them here:

Well yes and no, I have read the clearance up top is very tight, yet they say an H100i will fit with slim fans 12mm fans, the mother board heat sinks will be the factor if it fits or not.

Also a slight mod and the H100i will fit in front, here are some links that discuss this with good images showing what it looks like..

When you say "the clearance up top is very tight", does that mean it will actually fit? Because this video shows him being able to mount it completely normally. Atleast in my eyes. YouTube Link

Yes, the clearance up top is tight, meaning on some MB with large heat sinks on the VRMs it will run into them, on others with smaller ones it will not. The radiator is 27mm thick with a 25mm fan that is 52mm of clearance needed. It looks like your MB will work, that video looks like he is using a very similar MB as yours, so it should work, it will be tight.

Yes, he is using Asus P8Z77-V PRO, and I have Asus P8Z77-V, and I've checked, and they have exactly the same layout up top.

So let's say it will be tight - and some fan inputs are blocked off. But still - it being tight - isn't that a good thing? The radiator will be a bonus chiller for the VRM heatsinks? And will cool the entire motherboard better? (since they are close to eachother) If I'm wrong - please correct me! :)

Note, it did not fit. Somehow my case/mobo was different, I didn't get it all the way down, it hit the heatsinks. I had to raise the top grill about 1-2 cm, so my case looks like SHIT.
