i already have monitor,keyboard,mouse.. i need to build a gaming computer for max 35000INR..i will prefer a intel proceesor but i can have an AMD if its a much good deal..and i just want to play new and upcoming games smoothly..playing in max detail don't matter to me a lot..and i will use this mainly for gaming and no multitasking while gaming...and i can't increase my budget more than 35000INR.
I also have a confusion ..does cabinet comes with a PSU in it?

Solution
See your budget is VERY low for a gaming PC that will play NEW and UPCOMING games....
If you go with AMD then also you need to increase your budget and if you go with Intel then too you have to increase your budget...

If we go with AMD Processor then -

AMD FX-8320 - INR 10000
Asus M5A97 R2.0 - INR 8500
Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - INR 20000
WD Blue 500 GB HDD - INR 3500
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - INR 2500
700 or 750 W PSU - INR 7000
Full Tower Cabinet - INR 10000(minimum) <---- Full Tower Cabinet has better ventilation and support for big graphics card
Total - INR 61,500

Cabinet does not come with PSU... If you take poor quality iBall cabinet you get only 400W PSU with that... A 400W PSU...

and If you go with Intel then -

Intel Core i5-4670k - INR 17000
MSI Z87-G43 Motherboard - INR 10000
Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - INR 20000
WD Blue 500 GB HDD - INR 3500
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - INR 2500

Full Tower Cabinet - INR 10000(minimum) <---- Full Tower Cabinet has better ventilation and support for big graphics card
Total - INR 70,000

See the conclusion is that if you want to get a good gaming PC you need to add INR 30000 more to your budget if you go with AMD and INR 35000 more to your budget if you go with Intel...

You kidding bro?
See I NEVER suggest ANYONE to get KINGSTON RAMs... and THEY ARE NOT MEANT FOR GAMING....

and the motherboard you suggested Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H is not a gaming motherboard.... It cannot handle that much gaming load for much time...After some days he will have stability issues... and the Intel Core i3 3210 does not have a good physics performance in games...So he will get lags ample number of times while gaming...

Still I would suggest him to save some money and get the rig I suggested....

@chimera201 see he want a gaming rig not a work rig...

@deadlyghost
He wants a gaming rig in INDIA
Salaries of people in developed countries are 10x higher than that in developing countries for the same job. And with Customs,Duties & Taxes the prices of tech products are much higher in India.
That Kingston RAM has the best performance/price ratio in India

That's what I am saying... I also live in INDIA... -_-
If he save his INR 35000 and save money per month so he would get his GOOD gaming rig after few months...

Kingston RAM has the worst performance in INDIA and all over the world.....
He still can buy Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB RAM which is available in all parts of INDIA... -_-

Kingston RAMs are waste of money....Why would anyone buy a worse quality thing just to save money? oh please... See my gaming rig.... I also saved money and then bought it.... Why you people don't want to save money and buy the thing that is worth it? If you are so rich then buy those worst quality/performance Kingston RAM and let your money be wasted on it...

Still I would say to save money and buy a good rig..

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) Rs. 3199

Benchmark
(As of 14th of November 2013)
Latency (Lower numbers represent better performance): 24ns
Read Uncached Transfer Speed (Higher results represent better performance) : 12.3 GB/s
Write Transfer Speed (Higher results represent better performance) : 7.8 GB/s

Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (KHX1600C9D3B1/4G) Rs. 2403

I couldn't find a benchmark for the exact part number but i got a close one with same specs

Benchmark
(As of 14th of November 2013)
Latency (Lower numbers represent better performance): 23ns
Read Uncached Transfer Speed (Higher results represent better performance) : 14.0 GB/s
Write Transfer Speed (Higher results represent better performance) : 10.2 GB/s

Here are the specs exactly same:
Benchmarked one
HyperX Blu

*My Apologizes for late reply*

If you cannot find a exact model number then you cannot tell another model number's benchmark.... If you get the exact model number then I will decide which one is better... Never ever think that two model numbers with ALMOST same specifications are same...

Sorry for the late reply

I agree u need the exact model to be sure but that also means u simply don't want to accept

Now Tomshardware can't be an idiot. Why is Tomshardware using Kingston RAM in it's build suggestions?
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-a-pc-fx-6300-overclocking,3617.html

On a side note, better RAM offer very little performance gains in real world gaming
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/memory-bandwidth-latency-gaming,3409-6.html

Also i forgot to add, your system is unbalanced, your gpu is way underpowered than your cpu. Also 2GB VRAM is completely useless at that range of cards

^^ I agree, RAM has very little to do with gameplay performance, maybe the load times..n kingston RAMs are fine and its totally OPs decision and requirement that he will buy a "decent" gaming PC ... 35K to 65-70K is too much of a difference, u cannot "save" to go to that budget. So i guess we would help him with waht he wants and honor his limitations.

See I am not TOTALLY against Kingston's products but still as per my experience and usage, Corsair Wins... But still if,you want to go with a low budget then go ahead with Kingston...

And RAM does matter in gaming... Try running a high-end game with 2GB DDR3 1600Mhz and other components of very high-end quality.... You will see the difference....

And about my system, The graphics card I am having is an old one... I just only upgraded all other parts of my system excluding Graphics Card... 2GB VRAM is not a useless thing on such graphics card... If you do not fully utilize you graphics card then it is a useless thing....

lol ... Better RAM does not mean 'more quantity' of RAM. Do u even know what RAM timings are? Do u know CAS latency? Do u know that a RAM module with lower latency at 1333MHz can beat a module with higher latency at 1600MHz?

I fully utilize my GPU and i know exactly how much. Because i use Unreal Development Kit and used Source SDK before. I'm a programmer dude

I mistakenly wrote 1600, due to low internet speed I couldn't edit my post... I was writing 666 Mhz ... And I know CAS Latency and I also am a programmer... I do gaming at ultra settings in 2012-early 2013 games... And medium settings in upcoming games... I know what a RAM is... If I didn't know about RAM and gaming rigs I would not have posted a suggestion here....

Anyways why the hell we both are discussing with each other instead of helping this guy... -_- ... And where is that guy we were trying to help...
