I need help with WerFault.exe error

I have a Dell Laptop with Windows 7. I have been getting an .exe error with basically every application, I can't open any software (Not Chrome, not iTunes, nothing) and I can't even open anything from the Control Panel. The error is entitled "WerFault.exe - Application Error" and it says "The exception illegal instruction. An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction. (0xc000001d) occured in the application at location 0x76b82673.

Windows Error Reporting Faults are very often connected with video driver problems.

Try uninstalling your graphics driver from Control Panel, restart and see if the problem is solved.

Then update video drivers.

I have known this to fix it.

Also, do you have any drivers missing?

Look in Device Manager for yellow exclamation marks; do you have any?
